We are now expanding our team and looking to recruit an Accounts Coordinator Support to join our busy team in our Abu Dhabi office.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Full working knowledge of MS Office programs
- Able to work using own initiative.
- Confident telephone manner
- Able to communicate with clients, suppliers, and senior members of staff.
Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW:
You will provide accounts and administration support to the company professionals, both as part of a team and individually. The role plays a vital part in the administration and smooth-running of the company’s global financial operations.
MAIN DUTIES:
- Basic accounts duties and admin including full compliance with local tax rules in line with Fulkrum’s processes.
- Speaking with clients to obtain signed timesheets/work orders as and when needed.
- Liaising with coordinators to obtain the correct information for invoicing.
- Addressing invoicing queries on an urgent basis
- Support in raising and distribution of Sales invoices and proforma invoices.
- Ensuring monthly deadlines are met.
- Processing inspector’s invoices on IRIS and Sage
