• To handle full set of accounts for the corporate group
• To liaise with external auditors for closing of year-end financial statements
• To prepare cash flow projections, if necessary
• To maintain proper accounting filing system
• Bank reconciliations and GST submissions
• Familiarity with MYOB accounting system and equivalent will be an added advantage
• Handling petty cash transactions and verify staff claims
• Issuing cheque payments and prepare T/T applications forms
• To assist accounts manager during yearend audit
• Process and control of AP & AR
• Ensure good filing practice of accounts documents and other banking documents to be orderly maintained and kept records up to date
• Handling telephone enquiries and correspondences relating to accounts and banking matters.
• Assist in ad-hoc administrative duties
