BOMAG in APAC has been established since 1977 and has its’ headquarters in Singapore. For our market expansion plans in the APAC region, we are currently looking for an Accounts Executive to be part of the Finance Team.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience
  • Diploma or other professional qualifications in Accounting/Finance or related discipline
  • Experience with SAP S4 Hana is a plus
  • MNCs experience preferred
  • Proficient in local accounting standards and GST reporting regulations
  • Organized, professional and detail oriented
  • Good computer skills on MS Office (Words,Excel)

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Accounts Executive, you are responsible for maintaining accurate and timely financial records in relation to AR, AP and FA. You will support the Finance Manager on daily accounting, financial audits, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable, and process payments including monitor suppliers’ invoices, ensure payments are up-to-date, and maintain proper documentation and filing systems for financial records and transactions.
  • Maintain the fixed asset register, including monthly depreciation.
  • Prepare information for GST and income tax submissions.
  • Support Finance Manager to prepare information for monthly management reports, quarterly forecasts and annual budget.
  • Support Finance Manager to prepare information for external parties, such as auditors, tax agents, corporate secretaries, local tax authorities, and government authorities.
  • Participate in ad-hoc finance-related projects and systems testing whenever needs arise.
