Job Title: Accounts Executive
Location: Central, Singapore

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in the Retail or F&B industry.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot tables, Xlookup, Sumifs).
- Familiarity with department store accounting is highly preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
- A meticulous, organized team player with the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to start within a short notice period is advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, generate credit/debit notes, and handle accounts receivable invoice disputes.
- Update, verify, and reconcile daily store sales and receipts against store POS Z-reports and cash collections.
- Manage and collect overdue accounts.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports.
- Process and prepare monthly accounts payable payment runs.
- Perform month-end closing and reconciliation activities.
- Prepare monthly Accounts Receivable Aging reports and audit schedules related to Accounts Receivable.
- Conduct GTO audits and manage monthly submissions.
- Assist with audit matters as required.
- Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the finance team.
