THE FOLLOWING SKILLS WOULD BE HIGHLY REGARDED:

  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Understanding of AP / AR functions and processes
  • Ability to enter large volumes of data accurately and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

Building on its success in the resources, energy and infrastructure markets, Ampcontrol is expanding significantly and as a result we have an exciting opportunity available for an Accounts Officer.
The Accounts Officer’s primary focus will be to provide high quality accounts payable and receivable services to the Androck Rutherford site and Androck’s Valued suppliers

The functions of this role include:

  • Accurate application of accounts receivable and payable processes
  • Processing of weekly payroll
  • Reconciliation of customer and supplier accounts
  • Communication with external and internal customers
