Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
We have a fantastic full-time opportunity in our Sydney office for an Accounts Clerk to join our busy team. This role would be ideal for a candidate looking to launch their career in Accounts in a vibrant professional services environment.
Reporting directly to the Accounts Manager, your tasks will include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Employee reimbursements
- Process high volume invoices & arranging payment
- Input EFT, direct debits & weekly write-offs
- Cheque handling and processing
- Client refunds
- Corporate credit card reconciliations
- Petty cash handling
- General e-filing & mail duties
- Attend to general Accounts helpdesk enquiries
- Ad hoc accounts duties as required
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- The ability to maintain confidentiality at all times;
- Great data entry skills with a high level of speed, accuracy and attention to detail;
- Good organisational skills, ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to quickly learn new systems; and
- Be motivated and commercially minded
