Job Description
As Accounts Payable Accountant you are responsible for any accounts payable related transactions, such as reconciliations with subledgers and intercompany parties. You have a couple years working experience in an international environment. You will work with highly motivated professionals who are working towards a just and sustainable future.
You are a broad finance professional who is responsible for contributing to the bookkeeping, accounts payable, year-end-closing and reporting.
- Processing of AP invoices and ensure accurate coding
- Preparation and execution of specific payments
- Manage and monitor cash fundings for execution of various payments
- Assure accurate vendor records and payment information
- Process employee travel expenses
- Administration of new credit card applications
- Support the Accountants with intercompany reconciliations for company credit cards
- Support the Accountants with specific month end tasks, such as import of bank files and foreign currency revaluation on AP subledger
QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in financial administration and accountancy in an international environment
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO is a plus
- Positive mindset with a can-do mentality, demonstrating ownership and embracing opportunities for change
- Professional affiliation with Microsoft Excel
