Responsibilities:
- Work with department heads to ensure all orders and purchases invoices have been captured and recorded
- Work with central AP team to answer supplier queries
- Undertake monthly creditor reconciliations
- Month end accruals, SAP/ Procure Wizard reviewing, reporting and analysis of spend by department and category
- Reconciliation of purchasing values in SAP vs Procure Wizard
- Support Head of Purchasing
- Occasionally visit other sites to develop understanding of business
