ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

As Accounts Payable Administrator you will work under the guidance of our Finance Manager alongside our Finance processing team. In this role you will be responsible for timely matching of supplier invoices against purchase orders and entry into the financial accounting system, SAP. You will also provide support to the others in the accounts team.

Key tasks include:

  • Matching supplier invoices to purchase orders in a timely manner and enter information into the financial accounting system in accordance with the relevant accounts payable timetables.
  • Ensuring appropriate authorisation is obtained for all creditor invoices in accordance with delegated authority limits.
  • Reconcile and process payments
  • Management of the “accounts” email account and action emails accordingly.
  • Manage accounts filing electronically.

This 2-year fixed term role is part time, 25 hours per week. Hours and days to be agreed with the successful applicant.
