REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
- 2-4 years of AP experience
- Experience with Advent Geneva a plus
- Proficiency with Excel a must

Responsibilities:
- Create payment batches for review
- Establish vendor profiles and perform relevant due diligence and vendor validation procedures
- Address internal and external inquiries regarding the status of vendor payments
- Maintain the firm’s daily vendor log
- Assist with ad hoc projects
