OVERVIEW:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable professional looking for a new and exciting challenge, by joining a rapidly expanding global brand. You will have worked in a similar role and have the ability to work within a fast paced, high volume environment. This position requires self- motivation, organization, and the need to be cross functional with the business.

  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:

HERE ARE SOME OF THE EXCITING THINGS YOU’LL GET TO DO (RESPONSIBILITIES):

  • Validate and process debit notes, ensuring the correct approval processes are followed.
  • Match debit notes to promotions and contractual agreements.
  • Record invoices onto Excel trackers.
  • Process high volume of invoices.
  • Reconcile statements to the ledgers.
  • Payment allocations.
  • Maintain a clean ledger with regular housekeeping.
  • Maintain confidentiality of organizational information.
  • Support other team members when required.
