Robert Half is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst for an industry-leading client in the gaming / hospitality sector. This position calls on both established and emergent talents, demanding strong communication skills, a knack for problem-solving and a profound attention to detail. The role of the Accounts Payable Analyst is critical to our client’s operation. Main responsibilities will include the review and analysis of payable invoices and the identification and resolution of any discrepancies thereof. The Accounts Payable Analyst will have prior experience in creative problem-solving, and with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with an emphasis on organization. The ideal Accounts Payable Analyst candidate should also showcase a proficiency in Microsoft applications, namely Excel, Outlook, and Word, and large ERP system experience. An ability to analyze accounts and provide insightful recommendations based on these analyses will be a vital component of this role. This is a contract to possible permanent opportunity, located out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The role is 100% remote.

• Must have at least 3 years of experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk. • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and Oracle. • Ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently. • Experience in statement reconciliations. • Intermediate to advance Microsoft Excel skills (LOOKUP, pivot tables, advanced formulas

• Responding to supplier inquiries and providing effective customer service. • Investigating and solving variances with accounts payable trial balances and other reconciliations. • Researching supplier claims and providing feedback on status and actions needed to resolve issues. • Reconciling statements using VLOOKUP tools. • Following up on debit balances with specific suppliers. • Assisting in auditing invoice batches prior to posting. • Maintaining strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters. • Liaising with property Finance team on accounts payable issues and opportunities. • Monitoring compliance to key overall Accounts Payable department performance measures, offering feedback, and implementing recommended changes to improve processes. • Maintaining strong supplier relations in the areas assigned. • Participating in other special projects as assigned.
