Description:
Culligan Shared Services is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Accounts Payable Associate to join our team on a 12M FTC to cover maternity.
As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will be responsible for processing invoices, maintaining relations, and providing support for purchasing activities.

REQUIREMENTS

- Prior experience in handling invoice processing and providing support
- Strong vendor relations skills, with the ability to proactively reconcile statements and process invoices to minimize queries
- Knowledge of purchasing processes and the ability to ensure accurate supplier information and timely payments
- Familiarity with various Accounts Payable systems and processes
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- A customer service mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
