The Opportunity
Deveraux Developments is an award-winning and innovative developer and general contractor that builds across a variety of construction sectors, including multi-family, mixed-use, commercial retail, and land development. Deveraux Developments is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Regina.

You will…

• Ensure accurate processing of payables transactions in compliance with Deveraux’s policies and procedures
• Collaborate with the purchasing team to reconcile month-end invoicing and payments
• Handle the preparation of cheques and EFT payments
• Maintain effective communication with project vendors
• Provide administrative support, including occasional reception coverage
• Generate ad hoc reports as needed
• Support relevant department and division projects
• Cultivate a positive and harmonious work environment
