Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team and work primarily from our Warwick Farm Office. The successful applicant will have predominately support the overflow of the tasks throughout the accounts department particularly in banking, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
THE ROLE WILL INVOLVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Complies and maintains records of business transactions and office activities within their assigned area
- Provide exceptional value adding and customer service to internal and external parties, where relevant
- Assist in customers queries and provide resolution in a timely manner
- Escalate or refer any unresolved actions to your manager in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy to all documentation including spreadsheets, appointments and bookings as required
- Process data and documentation in an accurate and timely manner
- Ensure emails are responded to effectively and in a timely manner
- Provide general administration support to the relevant operations team, where required
- Collaborate with other teams when projects assigned
- Support and champion the PWAH policies and procedures
