Accounts Payable Clerk

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our client based in Miami, Florida. This role involves supporting the accounts payable processes for a growing company. You will be an integral part of the team, handling a variety of tasks from invoice processing to account reconciliation.

• Handle accounts payable processing for multiple companies
• Assist the Accounts Payable Supervisor with various tasks related to accounts payable
• Attend to the receipt, coding, and three-way matching of invoices
• Reconciliation of vendor accounts and manage any inquiries from vendors
• Carry out the processing of checks and check requests
• Perform light Accounts Receivable duties as and when required
• Engage in data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
• Handle other necessary tasks as assigned.
• A minimum of 3 years experience in an accounts payable role
• Demonstrable experience with account reconciliation
• Familiarity with check runs and coding invoices
• Proven ability to process invoices accurately and efficiently
• Proficiency in data entry with strong attention to detail
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manage spreadsheets
