Accounts Payable Clerk

We are in the search for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to be a part of our team in the Automotive industry, based in Fayetteville, Arkansas. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity with a focus on handling accounts receivable duties and maintaining financial records.

• Efficiently process customer credit applications as a part of the accounts receivable duties.
• Ensure the maintenance of accurate customer credit records.
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries related to accounts receivable.
• Monitor customer accounts and execute appropriate actions as needed.
• Handle cash receipts as a backup.
• Undertake bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Execute running schedules and dispatching them to service, parts, and other relevant managers.
• Ensure cash collections are done in a timely and efficient manner.
• Handle general accounts receivable duties to support the financial operations of the organization.
• Proficient in Accounts Receivable (AR) management
• Experience in performing Bank Reconciliations
• Familiarity with handling Cash Activity
• Proven ability in Cash Collections
• Proficiency in using MS Office Suite, especially Excel
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in an automotive industry is a plus.
