Accounts Payable Clerk

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Sarasota, Florida. In this role, you will manage various financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing. As part of your responsibilities, you will handle a high volume of accounts payable and use specific software to streamline operations.

• Take charge of managing payments to vendors supplying raw materials and capital equipment
• Handle a substantial volume of accounts payable monthly
• Manage credit terms effectively
• Leverage Oracle 12 (iQMS) software for various financial operations
• Ensure accurate data entry and invoice processing
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and SAP for various financial operations
• Conduct account reconciliation as part of routine tasks
• Perform check runs and coding invoices as part of daily operations
• Resolve any customer inquiries related to accounts payable
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary.
• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Demonstrated experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Ability to perform Check Runs efficiently
• Skilled in Coding Invoices
• Strong Data Entry capabilities
• Experience in Invoice Processing
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with Oracle is desirable
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks software
• Prior experience with SAP is preferred
