The Financial Analyst will be responsible for executing daily and month-end reconciliations of the general ledger, with a strong focus on identifying and resolving discrepancies. This role includes overseeing Corporate Card Administration, assisting with supplier onboarding, data analysis to increase targeted audit review of higher risk transactions, supporting various assigned finance projects, and proactively recommending process improvements through technical expertise. The Analyst will ensure strict adherence to SOX compliance, best practices, and IRS regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Complete daily-monthly reconciliations as assigned.
- Manage corporate card admin tasks.
- Support as back-up for Supplier set-ups and supplier management.
- Develop analysis for audit of various manually entered system updates or review of payment transactions.
- Provide support for various finance projects as assigned.
- Support other business areas as assigned.
