ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems Ireland Limited is a key subsidiary of the Swedish multinational company ASSA ABLOY. Based in Kingswood Business Park in Baldonnell, Dublin 22, we employ 55 dedicated professionals in Sales, Installations, Service, and Finance.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in payroll and accounts payable in a high-volume environment.
  • Deadline Management: Ability to meet strict deadlines consistently.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with Sage50 accounts & Sage Payroll.
  • Analytical Skills: Robust analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Tax Knowledge: Understanding of the Irish Tax System.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the construction industry is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Weekly Payroll & Expense Processing: Ensure accurate and timely payroll operations.
  • Accounts Payable Management: Oversee the accounts payable process and handle supplier queries.
  • Intercompany Reconciliations: Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions.
  • Bank & Credit Card Posting & Reconciliation: Maintain accurate financial records.
  • Office Administration: Oversee general office functions and administration tasks.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate across departments to drive system changes and enhance efficiency.
  • Project Involvement: Take on new projects and tasks as directed by the Financial Controller.
