Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
Crown Perth are currently seeking a proactive and dedicated individual to join the Finance team as an Accounts Payable Officer on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will be primarily responsible for the accurate input and maintenance of information into the PeopleSoft accounting system to provide accurate and timely payments to the organisations creditors.
You will also be required to conduct vendor account reconciliations and to ensure that all paper records are kept in order and to assist other team members to ensure that team goals are always achieved. You will be responsible for addressing and resolving financial queries from suppliers and employees.
