ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, the Accounts payable officer role is for someone seeking work-life balance and flexibility with part-time work. The position will be part of our Finance Team.
To be successful in this role you will have solid experience with Accounts Payable within a in a stand-alone role or small team. You will be a confident communicator and be able to offer an outstanding level of customer service in all interactions with internal and external enquiries. You will have the ability to multi task and time management and organisational ability is very important to you.

THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES ARE INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE BELOW:

• Coding & matching Invoices
• EFT Payments
• Processing supplier payments
• Reconciliations
• Managing expenses
• Data Entry
• Dealing with enquiries

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA FOR THIS ROLE:

• 3 years’ experience in a similar role Strong organisational skills
• A fast and highly accurate level of data entry
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and databases
• Have a comprehensive understanding of financial services functions and a high level of general accounting knowledge and experience
