An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Payable Officer (Sundry) to join a dynamic team at Brandbank.
This role will be responsible for the maintenance of the sundry creditor ledger along with the processing of invoices in a timely manner and actioning vendor payments within terms.

Responsibilities:
- Process all International and local payments while working to deadlines and vendor payment timelines
- Ensure all purchase orders are approved for received invoices
- Liaise with creditors regarding discrepancies and conduct investigations accordingly
- Reconciled aged trial balance to be provided to the Team Leader at the end of each month
- Maintain subsidiary ledger
- Any other duties as required
- Happy to work on-site 5 days per week in St Kilda Rd Offices.
