Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Global responsibility for design of Accounts Payable processes in NextGen (tool for handling vendor invoices)
- Definition of standards and best practices in usage of NextGen tool
- Leading implementation of NextGen in other MANN+HUMMEL branches and its subsequent integration with SAP 4 Hana
- Responsibility over global strategy regarding usage and development of the tool
- Continuous improvemet of the tool, evaluation and prioritization of business needs, definition of change requests
- Interface between Finance organization and IT in MANN+HUMMEL and NextGen tool provider
- Communication with stakeholders
