JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Accounts Payable Representative II, you will play a key role in our organization by performing basic accounting, finance, and customer service tasks. You will have the opportunity to work with internal clients and analysts, processing documents, creating follow-up requests, and ensuring the resolution of cases. Your attention to detail and adherence to quality control processes will be crucial in maintaining flawless accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum of one year of experience in accounting/finance
  • Experience in Shared Service Centers
  • B1+ English level
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic+ Excel
  • Experience with at least one ERP system (Oracle, SAP, JDEdwards, and/or Mainframe)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide back-office support to internal customers and analysts, processing documents and creating follow-up requests
  • Ensure the accurate and timely resolution of cases by directing them to the appropriate department or individual
  • Retrieve documentation for internal customer requests and report any significant issues to the leadership team
  • Contribute to quality control by carefully reviewing documentation for accuracy and compliance, promptly notifying management of any quality concerns, and providing valuable suggestions for enhancing procedures.
  • Complete assigned work and priorities using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, and internal customers
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, implementing action plans and using the open-door policy.
  • Stay engaged and communicate with internal customers through email
  • Provide support and fulfill any other requests as needed by the company
