Description:
Our client in Portland is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team! In this AP Specialist role, your primary duties:
- Accounts Payable – Check runs, invoicing, payment processing
- Assist Accounting Department as needed
- Vendor Analysis - Review for cost effectiveness, Analysis, and comparatives
- Reconcile credit card accounts daily
- Maintain Subcontractor Contract and Insurance Certificates
