Description:

Our client in Portland is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team! In this AP Specialist role, your primary duties:

  • Accounts Payable – Check runs, invoicing, payment processing
  • Assist Accounting Department as needed
  • Vendor Analysis - Review for cost effectiveness, Analysis, and comparatives
  • Reconcile credit card accounts daily
  • Maintain Subcontractor Contract and Insurance Certificates
