Accounts Payable Specialist

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist in Buffalo, New York. In this role, you’ll be part of a team handling a variety of tasks related to accounting and finance, utilizing your skills in Account Coding, Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, Concur, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.

• Managing all aspects of accounts payable, including processing payments and maintaining accurate records.
• Utilizing accounting software systems to ensure efficient and accurate data entry.
• Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance and accuracy in all financial transactions.
• Leveraging ADP - Financial Services to streamline payroll and other financial processes.
• Using Concur to manage and process expenses, ensuring all financial data is up-to-date and accurate.
• Implementing ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems to improve efficiency in accounting functions.
• Handling accrual accounting tasks, ensuring all financial records are up-to-date and accurate.
• Utilizing automated clearing house (ACH) systems to manage and process payments.
• Resolving any account payable issues that may arise, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in Account Coding is essential.
• Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems required.
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is necessary.
• Must be skilled in the use of Concur.
• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is a must.
• Demonstrable experience in Accounting Functions required.
• Must be proficient in Accounts Payable (AP).
• Accrual Accounting experience is necessary.
• Auditing skills are essential.
• Must be familiar with Automated Clearing House (ACH) operations.
