Responsibilities:

ROLE

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Lead, you will have an important role within the Financial Operations team. Working with the finance team to achieve the department and team goals ensures efficient, timely, and accurate information.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Managing the team to drive the results
  • Ensure day-to-day business including operational execution of accounts payable tasks and identify any issues promptly
  • Led team in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintains accurate financial and control records
  • Supervise a team in an organization characterized by highly transactional processes
  • Guarantee that all the deadlines are met regarding the accountancy monthly closing
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting procedures
  • Alignment and orientation to KPIs results
  • Identify improvement opportunities, collaborate, and support its implementation process
  • Collaborate with relevant business partners to ensure accurate and up-to-date data
