LodgeLink is seeking a talented and proactive Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead our Accounts Payable (AP) team, a part of our Marketplace Settlement department. This role will support, mentor, and coach our dynamic, fast-paced hybrid team to help LodgeLink become the premier ecosystem for workforce travel. This role is hybrid - in-office with 20% flexibility to work from home.
The Accounts Payable Supervisor will oversee and enhance our accounts payable operations, focusing on collecting hotel/camp folios, reconciling bookings related to our Direct Bill Properties, and ensuring transaction accuracy. This role requires exceptional leadership and communication skills, a knack for scaling processes, and a deep understanding of travel-related financial data.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in accounts payable within a people-leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and travel industry-specific accounting practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with team members and external partners.
  • Demonstrated experience in scaling processes and improving operational efficiencies.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite is considered an asset.
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills, with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
