Description:

Accounts Receivable Analyst
The role to be recognized as a trusted finance team member. This role supports a robust control and compliance environment and contributes to implement Hotel Operations Finance and projects.
What will I be doing?

The Accounts Receivable Analyst is contributing and supporting the Accounts Receivable for the efficient operation of Billing and Collection and all activities related to credit control, billing and collection. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Accounts Receivable Analyst is responsible for billing all the credit accounts, daily, Bi-monthly and Monthly basis.
  • Set and hold monthly credit meetings
  • Maintain the AR ageing with adequate ages.
  • Analize and Study Credit applications (According to policy)
  • Contribute to The Finance Department in any other way deemed necessary for the efficient overall operation of the Accounts Receivable.
  • Ensure a smooth operation of billing and collection in full compliance with the policy, regulatory and contractual framework.
  • Business partner with all hotel finance team members, Comercial and Operation.
  • Participate in all relevant Finance development programs related to the Accounts Receivable. In case of a joint job role any responsibility relevant joint job descriptions will apply in accordance with Hilton’s job segregation policies.
