Description:

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Analyst in Phoenix, Arizona. This role will be responsible for managing customer accounts and ensuring the accuracy of customer credit records. This position will be based in office and will interface with multiple systems to ensure accurate payment postings.

Responsibilities:

Cash posting (lockbox, ACH, credit cards)
Running credit card payments
Completing ACH documents, other documents as requested
Monitor, analyze, and allocate unapplied credits
Communicate with customers regarding accounts, credits and refunds by phone and/or email
Reconciling customer’s accounts, as needed
Weekly AR refund processing
Monitoring cash department email boxes
Monitoring of bank uploads after automated process daily
Working Salesforce Cash Cases
Assist with escalations to resolve customer disputes and/or questions
Working with multiple systems simultaneously to insure payments are posted and/or allocated accurately

Other duties as assigned. Regular attendance is required to fulfill the essential functions of the job

  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions
  • Knowledge and experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Familiarity with Billing Functions
  • Ability to handle Cash Activity
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Account Analysis
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • High level of integrity and dependability
