SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
- Finance Qualification: AAT or equivalent is desirable but not essential
- At least 3 years’ experience in a sales leger or accounting role
- Demonstrable strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent organisational, planning and time management capabilities, with a high attention to detail.
- Highly technically literate (experienced in using MS Office suite, CRM database systems, etc.).
- Experience with Power BI would be highly advantageous
- Proactive and outcome driven, with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, prioritise competing demands, and adapt to changing needs.
- Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects/tasks while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities:
WHAT IS THE ROLE?
Reporting to Head of Finance the Accounts Receivable Business Partner will provide a high level of service to both internal and external stakeholders through effective management of the accounts receivable function, implementation of process improvements and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Management of the Accounts Receivable function including issuing quotes, invoices, maintaining
- and updating member information.
- Ensure prompt Member query resolution
- Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and promptly in the accounting system.
- Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable balances, ensuring discrepancies are resolved
- Implement and maintain effective credit control procedures.
- Draft Member Variation agreements
- Complete month end processes and compile reports.
- Design and implementation of best practice processes and reporting to support the organisation
- with timely and relevant information.
- Review and enhance sales ledger processes and systems to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders as a trusted
- partner, understanding priorities and advocating for process enhancements, ultimately better
- serving Lhasa’s membership organisations.
