We have an exciting opportunity for a permanent full-time Junior in Accounts Receivable.
As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role and be an integral part of the Finance Team. The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be working onsite based in Stapylton, Gold Coast.

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Reconciliation of incoming funds and ensure correct allocation of customer payments
• Process daily collections and credit claims in POS system
• Debtor account reconciliation
• Follow up with debtors on payments (via phone and email)
• Preparation/processing of monthly debtor statements
• Aged debtors reporting
• Credit application checks and new debtor account set-up
• Ensure debtors’ profile are up to date
• Monitor credit limit with exceptional reporting
• Manage trade credit insurance reporting, claims and renewals
• Liaise with debt collection team and solicitors
• Respond to and investigate customer enquiries in a timely manner
• Support the Finance Team
