Purpose:
The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for completing all duties related to Collections, Cash Applications & Customer Service with the AR department.
Location: Ontario Medical Supply, Markham, ON
Reports to: Accounts Receivable Manager

Responsibilities:
- Perform daily Accounts Receivable duties with efficiency and accuracy
- Posting of account transactions (Cash Receipts, Journal Entries) etc.
- Provide high quality customer service to customers through inbound and outbound calls and email
- Investigate and resolve Accounts Receivable issues
- Obtain and maintain up-to-date customer account information, and perform other administrative duties as required
- Follow up with customers on overdue account payments and other collections duties
- Provide customers with requested documents, (invoices, statements) etc.
- Follow up with customers on payment status of overdue invoices
