Purpose:
The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for completing all duties related to Collections, Cash Applications & Customer Service with the AR department.
Location: Ontario Medical Supply, Markham, ON
Reports to: Accounts Receivable Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily Accounts Receivable duties with efficiency and accuracy
  • Posting of account transactions (Cash Receipts, Journal Entries) etc.
  • Provide high quality customer service to customers through inbound and outbound calls and email
  • Investigate and resolve Accounts Receivable issues
  • Obtain and maintain up-to-date customer account information, and perform other administrative duties as required
  • Follow up with customers on overdue account payments and other collections duties
  • Provide customers with requested documents, (invoices, statements) etc.
  • Follow up with customers on payment status of overdue invoices
