Accounts Receivable Clerk

We are looking to welcome an Accounts Receivable Clerk to our team in Golden Valley, Minnesota. This role will primarily focus on managing and maintaining our customer accounts and invoicing system. The successful candidate will be responsible for data entry, account reconciliation, and the accurate processing of customer invoices. This is a long-term contract employment opportunity. • Accurately process and upload large volumes of invoices into the customer portal
• Ensure high accuracy and speed in data entry tasks
• Perform account reconciliation tasks to maintain accurate records
• Adjust pricing details as necessary
• Monitor customer accounts and initiate actions as required
• Handle any non-customer contact tasks related to accounts receivable
• Utilize software such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to perform tasks
• Ensure the user-friendly portal is updated with relevant invoice and customer information
• Maintain a detailed understanding of the accounts of key customers
• Support other internal teams as necessary
• Experience in Billing, Cash Applications, and Cash Collections is necessary
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
