Accounts Receivable Coordinator- Best Buy Business
Do you have a strong attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving?
As an accounts receivable coordinator, you’ll be responsible for billing, reconciliations, and analysis of all Best Buy Business accounts, ensuring accurate invoicing, collections, and payment application to maintain timely receivables.
In this role, the successful candidate is needed to be in the beautiful Vancouver, BC area, where we practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.

What you’ll do:

  • Ensure accurate posting of payments to aging AR, reconcile outstanding AR, submit discrepancy adjustments, investigate aging AR over 30 days and log notes, and provide weekly aging AR status report to management
  • Create and submit invoices to clients daily, monitor accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, and irregularities, communicate with account managers and customers to resolve overdue accounts, follow up on unpaid invoices past 30 days, resolve billing discrepancies and disputes, and issue refunds through credit card platform or cheque request
  • Send bi-weekly account balances report, send weekly at-risk reports, and complete month-end reporting for bad debt accrual calculations
  • Complete ad hoc requests, reports, and other duties as required

What we’re looking for:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Account Administration, preferably in a medium to large retail or B2B environment
  • 2-3 years of advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Microsoft applications
  • Strong analytical and organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Diploma in Business Administration Accounting or a related field

Annualized base pay range
$44,854.00 - $47,215.00
