Description:

FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION

Pinchin is recruiting for a Accounts Receivable Co-ordinator to join the Finance & Administration department in Canada. We are looking for a highly organized individual to join the Finance & Administration team on a full-time basis. This position can be based out of either of the location on a remote basis.

A Day in the life of an Accounts Receivable Co-ordinator at Pinchin

  • Build relationships with customer contacts and makes collection calls.
  • Prepare statement of accounts for aging balances
  • Monitor overdue accounts and handle client requests in a timely manner
  • Posts customer payments, recording cash, checks and credit card transactions
  • Assist in accounting and finance projects as assigned
  • Hours 37.5/week – 8:30am to 5pm – Monday to Friday, extended hours required at month and year ends
