Description:
Kimberly Casey with Robert Half is seeking an Accounts Receivable Lead to join our client in the manufacturing industry in Eugene, Oregon. This role is not remote, and will have focus on optimizing cash flow, mitigating risk, improving aged receivables, and reducing bad debt exposure. You will also be responsible for building partnerships with key stakeholders. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role
- Proficient in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Experience with Cash Applications and Cash Collections
- Knowledge of Commercial Collections and Collection operations
- Familiarity with Collection Processes and Collections
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in Credit Analysis and Credit Approvals
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high volumes of work in a fast-paced environment
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in work
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferre
Responsibilities:
- Optimize cash flow and manage risks related to accounts receivable.
- Improve the aged receivables and reduce bad debt exposure.
- Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Initiate process improvements for the collection functions.
- Ensure a focus on customer experience while handling accounts receivable.
- Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer credit records and perform account reconciliations.
- Handle cash applications and cash collections.
- Conduct commercial collections and credit analysis.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and other tools for collection operations and processes.
