ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead and oversee our AR operations across Australia, New Zealand and the broader Asia-Pacific region. Reporting to the Treasury Manager, Asia Pac, you will play a vital role in managing our Accounts Receivable processes, ensuring accuracy, driving efficiency, and leading your team to success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise and manage the Accounts Receivable team in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Oversee AR policies and processes across the Asia-Pacific region, ensuring compliance and alignment.
  • Validate cash postings, sign off reconciliations, and provide backup support for key AR tasks.
  • Drive process improvements, including the automation of cash application processes, and provide ongoing support and management.
  • Oversee collection efforts, manage delinquent accounts, and maintain relationships with debt collection agencies.
  • Regularly review aged debtors, forecast customer collections, and manage write-offs and provisions.
  • Assess customer creditworthiness during onboarding, manage credit limits, and mitigate financial risks.
  • Coordinate with leadership on recognized process gaps, successes, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support AR integration for mergers and acquisitions across the region.
