We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to lead a team at a global automotive supplier’s Shared Services Center inMonterrey, Mexico. This center supports operations throughout the Americas.

Role Description
Thishybridrole leads all aspects of the Accounts Receivable function, including credit and collections, invoicing, and cash application. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of streamlining processes, leading and developing teams, and driving improvements in cash flow. The Manager will report directly to the SSC’s Finance Director, and lead special projects as directed by the Regional CFO.
Qualifications

Required: Proven experience managing an AR function within a Tier One automotive supplier.

• Aminimum of 5 years experience leading an AR team.
• Demonstrated expertise in invoicing, collections, and cash application.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive management style.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Fluency in English is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
