AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY AWAITS!

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our high performing Finance Team in 2025. The Accounts Receivable Officer is a key member of the transactional Finance team, assisting in the day-to-day processing of operational transactions and investigating variances.

Responsibilities:

As the Accounts Receivable Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Management of TEG Accounts Receivable ledgers for multiple entities.
  • Reconciling banking with TEG system reports
  • Entering and reconciling multiple bank statement deposits into the accounting system
  • Following up and reporting discrepancies between amounts banked and TEG reports
  • Investigate and reconcile all balances on the trade ledgers
  • Maintaining debtor balances within agreed KPI levels
  • Generating ad hoc invoices accurately and in a timely manner as required
  • Promptly dealing with all receivables queries, including those concerning internal andexternal clients
  • Identify ways to streamline accounts receivable processes in co-ordination with key clients,both internal and external
  • Month end close procedures and journals
  • Maintain Stakeholder and Client Relationships
  • Assisting the wider finance team to meet our collective goals and SLA’s
