Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Officer with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounts receivable and debtor management. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a group of customers, providing end-to-end accounts receivable and debt management services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Calling customers to collect outstanding debts as they fall due
- Liaising with internal stakeholders across sales, hire, service, and retail parts departments
- Managing collections, including making outbound calls and entering notes in BaseplanConducting daily follow-ups from collections calls
