Description:
OVERVIEW
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable/Payroll Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing and submitting customer invoices, processing and managing all aspects of payroll. This role requires proficiency in accounting software and strong analytical skills.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable/Payroll Administrator
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent analytical skills for account analysis and reconciliation tasks.
- Ability to negotiate professional and effectively with clients and employees.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Dynamics GP (Great Plains) and Spira Data
- Experience and proficiency with online invoice submission platforms (ie. Open Invoice)

Responsibilities:
- Process and manage payroll for a large organization
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of all accounts receivable and payroll transactions
- Review and reconcile payroll reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations
- Collaborate with HR and field operations to resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee inquiries
- Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and adhere to data protection standards
- Ensure all field tickets are submitted in a timely manner and verified with customer contracts
- Produce and submit invoicing as per customer requirements and company policies and procedures
- Work with Controller on customer account management
