QUALIFICATIONS

• Accounting Experience: 1-3 years in Finance or Accounting, ideally within AR or credit management.
• Fluent in English: Confidently communicate with internal and external stakeholders across global markets.
• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of SAP FI module or similar financial systems, and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• GAAP & IFRS Knowledge: Solid understanding of accounting standards and compliance requirements.
• Customer Focus: Ability to manage relationships with both internal teams and external customers, ensuring a high level of service.

• As an Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist at Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions (FHCS), you will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. You will manage customer accounting, resolve payment discrepancies, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to drive continuous improvement within AR processes.

• Efficient Operations: Manage daily AR tasks including invoicing, dunning processes, and payment runs, ensuring all financial obligations are met on time.
• Resolve Discrepancies: Address payment discrepancies and deductions quickly and accurately to maintain strong cash flow and customer satisfaction.
• Credit Management: Support in assessing creditworthiness and managing credit limits to mitigate financial risks while supporting business growth.
• Ensure Compliance: Adhere to local GAAP, IFRS, and internal control policies, maintaining a high standard of accuracy and accountability.
• Master Data Management: Collaborate closely with sales and purchasing teams to manage master data and ensure financial data integrity.
• Continuous Improvement: Actively seek and implement improvements to AR processes to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
