Description:
YOUR NEW OPPORTUNITY:
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist your primary objective will be to support Australian Unity’s Home Health Business by providing exceptional customer service through accurate customer billing and effective government subsidy claiming. Additionally the role will support all end-to-end accounts receivable activities which includes but not limited to billing, generating invoices, end to end reconciliation, allocating payments and customer service.
This is a Full Time opportunity with a hybrid work option - 3 days in the Parammatta office and 2 days from home.
Responsibilities:
- Collecting, receipting and managing payments
- Reconciliations, debt management and business partnering
- Raising customer invoices and relevant billing tasks
- Customer service by phone and email with our clients
- Answering inbound calls related to customer accounts
- Excel work (Pivot & VLookup)
