Accounts Receivable Specialist

My team has partnered with a Greater Portland service company to fill an Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist opening. In this role as an AR Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering invoices and other documents to customers in accordance with contract requirements. Invoices are both AIA & non AIA. Entry of billing information into customer online billing systems and internal accounting software, and appropriate filing. This will require working with Customers, Project Managers and
others in a professional manner. Identifying and resolving billing discrepancies with Customers and internal Project Managers. Work independently and with a team in a high-volume, deadline driven environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
