Accounts Receivable Supervisor/Manager

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor/Manager to join our team in Katy, Texas. This role primarily focuses on overseeing the processing of customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. The successful candidate will also be tasked with monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions.

• Supervising a team of collectors and overseeing cash applications
• Implementing and managing policies and procedures for efficiency
• Handling extensive B2B collections, soft collections, discrepancies, credits, and adjustments
• Ensuring invoices are generated accurately and efficiently using NetSuite
• Utilizing advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables and v-lookups
• Troubleshooting technical issues with the Officer Tracker system
• Implementing process improvements for the Accounts Receivable department
• Generating aging reports and managing month-end close processes
• Ensuring the team meets Accounting Functions and KPI Reporting standards
• Managing billing functions and overseeing process implementation.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within Accounts Receivable for a minimum of 7 years
• Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with accounting software systems, preferably NetSuite
• Proficiency in managing accounts receivable (AR) and accounting functions
• Demonstrated expertise in auditing and billing functions
• Experience in B2B collections and collections management
• Proficiency in KPI reporting and cash applications
• Experience in analyzing aging reports and handling month-end close procedures
• Proven track record in process improvement and implementation
• Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred
• Professional certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is a plus.
