WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager to play a pivotal role in overseeing our AR department. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage financial operations that are essential to our company’s ongoing success. As AR Manager, you’ll be the key driver of efficient credit control processes and will work closely with both the sales and finance teams to ensure smooth and timely collections.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

As the AR Manager, you will:

  • Lead and manage a team of two credit controllers, guiding them to achieve collection targets and maintain best practices.
  • Oversee the entire collection and processing of receivables for our expos and publications, ensuring seamless transactions.
  • Monitor and enhance credit control processes, establishing strategies to improve collection efficiency and drive daily best practices.
  • Prepare, analyze, and deliver AR reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and actionable insights for the finance team.
