CANDIDATE PROFILE:
The ideal candidate has at least six months of experience in the banking sector, demonstrating a strong working knowledge of bank reconciliations. They possess exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for their role. The candidate can work effectively under strict deadlines, showcasing excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities. They are proficient in IT, particularly Microsoft Excel, and have experience with ERP systems.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Flogas is seeking to recruit an Accounts Reconciliation Assistant. This is a critical role within the finance function joining an accounts team of three. The role will predominantly involve bank reconciliation preparation, intercompany reconciliations, accounts administration, and assisting with month end reports.
This role will initially be based out of our Drogheda Head office but will primarily be based in our new offices at Dublin Airport Central later this year.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Bank reconciliations - daily and monthly reconciliations
- Preparation of intercompany reconciliations
- Month end postings and accounts admin
- Support Elec ROI finance team as required
- Additional duties as required
