Accounts System Implementation Consultant (Part Time)

Ok ok enough with the puns, they weren’t really Excel..lent anyway.
Rubixx is a growing software platform with a strong enterprise level financial accounting package. Our clients are typically large scale landlords in the social housing sector.

Our accounts platform covers all the usual:

• Nominal Ledger
• Sales Ledger
• P2P
• Purchase Ledger
• Cashbook/Bank
• Fixed Assets
• Multi Company
• Inter Company

MTD

We’re looking for a systems implementer to help out clients onboard into the new software through our structured implementation process. You’ll start off shadowing our existing consultants sessions, then work up to training and support, then to consultancy and implementation.
You’ll need to be a whizz on other financial accounting systems but we appreciate you won’t know ours. This role will suit someone who has done financial accounting professionally, or implemented financial systems before.
Please note that “I once entered some invoices on Sage” does not constitute encyclopaedic knowledge of a system.
What’s on offer?
The part time role is very flexible time wise and will suit someone who needs to meet specific commitments outside work like childcare. We’re flexible on how many hours you work and when you work them. We’re also flexible on salary depending on experience.
The role is wholly based out of our Stafford office and does not offer hybrid or remote working. We deliver digitally to our clients so no on site work is expected at client site. You may be offered some options to travel very occasionally but it is not a mandatory part of the role.
